We want you to be 100% satisfied with your custom phone or tablet case. We want you to tell your friends and family about our business and we want you to be a long-term customer.
We put a lot of care into making sure your case is well packed, but on occasion, they can get broken or lost along the way. If this happens to you, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll rush a replacement out to you. If you can, we ask that you take a picture of the damaged case, so we can help prevent this happening again in the future.
In the unlikely event that you feel there is a quality problem that we missed, or it didn't turn out like you expected, then within 30 days of the invoice, we will send you a replacement. You can return the cases in question to the address below, so we can make sure that we correct the problem to your satisfaction.
